Who can practice it?
Sedentary people, the elderly, young people, elite athletes, active people who practice other disciplines, pregnant women … Always making the necessary variations so that the student gets the most out of it. We make a “tailored suit”. You do not have to adapt to a list of exercises and fixed repetitions. In this way, you progress at your own pace to more advanced levels. Therefore, our classes are private or semi-private.
I do other types of exercise, can I combine it with Pilates or Yoga?
Pilates at first is more focused on toning the body than helping you lose weight. Over time, by knowing the exercises and not stopping throughout the class, the exercise will become cardiovascular. Remember that losing weight is not only achieved with exercise. Sleeping eight hours, eating a healthy diet and keeping stress at bay are essential factors to achieve this.
How often should it be practiced?
Being consistent is more important than intensity. It will depend on your goals and time. Joe Pilates used to recommend three times per week. A minimum of one class a week is recommended. Although most of our students usually take two.

Covid measures?
The center will be disinfected with specific products following COVID-19 protocols and care rules recommended by the Health Ministry. Common areas will be cleaned with greater attention to equipment, weights and all high-contact surfaces. We maintain daily professional cleaning.
It is required to use antibacterial gel before each class, and to clean the equipment used at the end.
