Group of 5 people max. Pregnancy Pilates is especially beneficial for the mother’s mental health and to help decrease pregnancy-related aches and pains. Pilates is one of the few exercise methods that will provide you with the muscle strengthening, stretching, and breathing techniques you need before and after delivery.

Low pressure Abs

Group of 5 people max, also called Hypopressive Abdominal Gymnastics, hypopressive exercises are designed to work out those pelvic floor muscles that would otherwise not be exercised at all by any other means. With the hypopressive technique, these muscles activate other abdominal muscles, such as the transverse and abdominal oblique. What is achieved is waist reduction and toning of the deep abdomen, the transverse. Postures are varied so there is also a work on postural alignment and toning of the rest of the body with little impact.
