About Me
Movement and sport in its different variables and forms have always been a point of personal liberation and passion. I started competing in rhythmic gymnastics and later switched to classical dance. Both provided me with personal discipline and showed me that everything is achieved with perseverance and effort. Continuing with my interest in movement, I studied a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences where I acquired a more objective and scientific knowledge. At the same time I completed professional contemporary dance training. This experience gave me the opportunity “to think outside the box” being able to fulfil my need to explore different ideas and giving me a more creative and innovative perspective of the movement and its possibilities.

During University I bumped into Pilates and Yoga techniques, which I instantly got fascinated with. I found that they were the best way to maintain a better physical condition free of injuries. After experiencing so many benefits I decided to start sharing my practice with more people.
It has been more than 6 years since I started teaching, since then I have worked in different studios, physiotherapy studios and gyms. where I have learned from great professionals and I have had the chance to teach all kinds of people (from professional football players to people with huge mobility difficulties)
I am officially trained in Mat and Equipment Pilates, Clinical Pilates, Pregnant Pilates, Vinyasa yoga and Hypopressives.
My classes and my daily practice are a constant exploration, a journey towards the search for personal well-being; a space for experimentation, self-listening and renewal.
Currently I continue to study in person and online, attending workshops, classes and retreats with different teachers.

Small Group Sessions
Sessions with great attention to detail which will be adapted to your needs. Where you can enjoy a relaxed and familiar atmosphere in our cozy studio. The props and equipment are at your entire disposal to achieve the most of the practice.
One to One or Two to One Sessions
One to one sessions in the comfort of your own home or in our studio. We adapt to your schedules and needs.
We also travel to your company weekly classes, both private and group.
The first private class includes a short interview/questionnaire with the student in order to develop, create and design a program that helps them achieve their objectives and meet their needs, through personalised sequences.
Online Livestream Classes
Enjoy live online classes from the comfort of your home, where you will receive the same attention as in a face-to-face class.
